Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa.
Combined with the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its giraffes and diverse bird life, this safari truly lets you dive into the wilderness of Tanzania leaving you enriched with an experience of a lifetime.

3 Night / 4 Days Safari: Explore Tanzania
Coverage: Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti National Park, Lake Manyara National Park
Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Ngorongoro
Your safari begins in the afternoon from Arusha City where you will be picked up by your driver and guide in a 4×4 vehicle. You will check-in to your accommodation at Ngorongoro Crater where you will unwind, enjoy dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Half Day Crater Game Drive & Transfer to the Serengeti
Your day begins shortly after your breakfast as you descend into the Ngorongoro crater. This game drive provides ample opportunity to view the majestic pink flamingoes of Ngorongoro, the large concentration of zebras and wildebeest as well as the rare Black Rhinos. You will head back to your accommodation to unwind and lunch, after which you will embark on your journey to the Great Serengeti. On route, you will briefly detour to the world famous Olduvai Gorge for site seeing.
You will check-in to your accommodation and unwind for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Half Day Game Drive & Transfer to Lake Manyara
Your morning on the third day will begin early. You will begin an early morning game drive as the sun rises over the endless plains. This is the ideal time to watch the great hunts in progress. After your game drive you will head back to your accommodation for breakfast, shortly after your will depart again on your continued safari of the great Serengeti. Around mid afternoon you will head back to your accommodation for lunch followed by a transfer onwards on to Lake Manyara National Park.
You will arrive at your accommodation late afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Half Day Game Drive of Lake Manyara & Transfer Back to Arusha
Once again your day will begin shortly after breakfast as you head to the Lake Manyara National Park gate. Your half day game drive of the park will be highlighted by the proud standing giraffes in the park as well as curious baboons and vast variety of bird life. After lunch at the picnic site you will commence your journey back to Arusha City. Your safari concludes upon drop off in Arusha City.
